Spring EcoTherapy Retreat

  • Growth Point Cottage 390 Huey Road Marshall, NC, 28753 United States (map)

We will begin with introductions, community building, and setting the tone for a nourishing day. Mary Grace will lead an educational discussion on the importance of nature for mental health and wellbeing, with science to back it up. This will take place inside the cottage. There is limited seating, so some folks who are able will need to sit on the floor (I promise it’s comfy and cozy). We will also discuss ecotherapy tools you can practice in your own life in different settings. We will have a lovely catered lunch by Well-Bred in Weaverville. Next, everyone will get to venture around the property, explore, and put some of the ecotherapy tools into practice. You may choose to have a solo experience with nature, explore with a buddy, or small group. All up to you! We will come back together to discuss our ecotherapy experiences as a group. While creating a nature keepsake to take home with you, conversation will center around how to practically apply these principles to your life. You will leave feeling grounded, connected to self, others, and nature. Having the information and practices to incorporate more nature into your daily life to feel your best.

Price: $250
